The official name of this site is Cenote Manati, but it is known around the world as Casa Cenote. Its environment is unique within the Riviera Maya.

There is no large open sinkhole or enormous underground chamber here. The dive takes place in a long channel bordered by lush tropical vegetation, where mangrove roots extend directly into incredibly clear water.

Because of its direct connection with the Caribbean Sea, Casa Cenote is influenced by the tides. This creates a natural mixture of freshwater and saltwater that contributes to its rich ecosystem and produces underwater landscapes very different from those found in other cenotes in the region.

The atmosphere is particularly peaceful. Natural light accompanies divers throughout the entire dive, creating a relaxing environment where every detail of the mangroves remains clearly visible.
